DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
All orders receive free Standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping to our Hawaii, Alaska, and international customers is a flat fee of $30. For all non-continental and international orders over $300 we offer free shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. All orders are shipped from the East Coast, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Standard Delivery estimates are provided below:
- Orders to West Coast addresses take 6 to 7 business days.
- Orders to Southern states and Midwestern states take 4 to 5 business days.
- Orders to the East Coast addresses take 2 to 3 business days.
IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
If you would like to know your options for expedited shipping please contact email@example.com for estimates. We can provide estimates through USPS or FedEx for guaranteed delivery. Options include next day delivery, 2 days or 3 days guaranteed.
CAN I RECEIVE AN ORDER TO MY PO BOX OR BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Orders are shipped through FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service to home addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes. Please note MOIETII can only ship to P.O. Boxes in the continental United States.
WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INVALID?
MOIETII is unable to re-direct an order once it has been dispatched. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST?
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
We offer standard worldwide shipping to our international customers for a flat fee of $30. For all international orders over $300 we offer free shipping. All orders are shipped out via FedEx. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary.
WHAT COUNTRIES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following countries - Russia, China, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, certain countries in Africa and The Pacific.
DO I PAY THE IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you upon delivery. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products prior to purchasing. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all MOIETII orders and must include the correct invoice for customs. We advise you to contact your local customs agent for further inquiry.
CAN I REFUSE / RETURN A PACKAGE WITOUT PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES?
Upon delivery, your package has already entered and has been cleared by your local government, therefore the customs duties and taxes have been applied. If you choose to refuse your package, you will still be held accountable for your customs duties, sales tax and return shipping. We cannot recover duties and taxes for you. Once your package arrives at MOIETII, we will refund you the cost of your order minus initial shipping cost. Return policy applies.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS MOIETII’S RETURN POLICY?
We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days by contacting our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then email you a refund form and instructions for the next steps. Please note that you will be refunded the cost of the item minus shipping cost. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyway and returned in it’s original condition, including tags and swim liners. All items marked as final sale will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit.
WHAT ADDRESS DO I MAIL MY RETURN TO?
Please mail all returns to: P.O. Box. With your return, please enclose the return slip that was sent to you by email. This must be filled in and sent back with your return. Please remember to fill in your name, order number and the reason for your return. If the package does not safely reach us, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracking method for safe delivery.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES WHEN RETURNING A GARMENT?
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges of returning unwanted items.
WHAT IF I MAKE A RETURN OUTSIDE THE 14 DAY TIME FRAME?
Any return received outside the 14 day return policy will not be accepted. If received outside the 14 days, the item will be automatically shipped back to you.
IF I MAKE A RETURN, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your returned item(s) and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product minus the original shipping cost. You will be notified by email once finalized.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
We are so sorry that you did not receive the item you ordered. We want to make sure that you get the item you want, so please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how we can help you.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. You will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM?
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of the package to be shipped correct item(s).
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
Businesses interested in setting up a wholesale account please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you an application to specify products of interest and quantities. Every application is then reviewed in order to ensure the business is a good fit. Because we are a small business, we are not able to accommodate all requests, but will try out best to do so.
IS THERE A MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER POLICY?
At this time, MOIETII does not have a minimum quantity on wholesale orders.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR WHOLESALE?
Currently, everything posted on MOIETII’s web page is available for wholesale. In the event we do not have the desired quantities and styles in stock at our warehouse, we will reach out to our factory to produce the order. This process might take longer. If you have a particular timeline, please let us know.
GARMENTS & CARE
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MOIETII GARMENTS?
Each MOIETII piece is handmade and hand dyed. Attached to each garment is our care label that will provide you care instructions for your new item. We recommend to hand wash in cold water and do not iron.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
As all MOIETII pieces are handmade, our silhouettes can vary in fitting. Please always check the description. If you have any questions regarding a fit of a garment please email customer care at email@example.com before purchasing.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT THE COLOUR THAT I THOUGHT IT WAS?
Due to different computer monitors, colors may vary slightly from the photos. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in truest form and describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the product.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A MOIETII GIFT CARD?
At this time, we do not currently support gift cards online.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP THAT I CAN TRY ON MOIETII?
We currently have a shop in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua and Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Also, please refer to our retailers page to find your nearest MOIETII stockist.
